Diamond coring provides a versatile, environmentally
sympathetic method of forming precise openings in reinforced
and mass concrete, brick and masonry while keeping noise,
dust and vibration to a minimum.
This technique is extremely useful when carrying out
repairs to fragile or unstable substrate as diamond
coring imparts minimal vibration to the structure.
Here at IMP Conservation Ltd we have a wide range
of drilling rigs that enable us to core hole sizes up
to 500mm in diameter and 15m in length. Typical applications
include:
| |
Single holes. |
| |
Stitch drilled openings. |
| |
Pile holes through concrete
slabs and foundations. |
| |
Anchor holes. |
| |
Re-bar dowel connections. |
| |
Material sampling for
structure analysis. |
